Meghan Matuszak is a passionate and experienced art educator dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students of all ages. With over a decade of experience in both classroom and studio settings, Meghan brings a joyful, faith-rooted, and child-centered approach to teaching visual art. Her greatest joy is helping students discover something beautiful about themselves through the creative process.
Meghan holds a Master of Teaching in Visual Art from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Arts from Pennsylvania State University. Her teaching journey has included roles at Catholic and Christian schools, art studios, community programs, and museum education, always integrating core values, faith, and art history into every lesson.
Known for her fun, energetic, and compassionate teaching style, Meghan has worked with students from preschool through middle school, including children with special needs. She has led programs in ceramics, painting, sculpture, photography, and STEAM, and even served as Director of Education for arts-based initiatives in Philadelphia.
In every classroom she enters, Meghan brings not only her artistic skill but her belief that each child is a unique creation of God, full of purpose and potential. Her goal is for students to leave her class not only with new artistic abilities but with a deeper sense of their God-given worth and creativity.
